World Franchise Council International Meeting - 2012 Istanbul
With the support of UFRAD which is the only representative of the franchise system with a commercial business volume of 35 billion Dollars in our country, the 36th World Franchise Council Meeting in 2012 which will be organized at the same time with the exhibition, will gather chairmen and members of 45 nations' Franchise Associations, leading brands of the World and hundreds of international investors in Istanbul.

The World Franchise Council is an amicable, non-political association of National Franchise Associations around the world. It was formed in 1994 with the following members.
Argentine, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Great Britain, Hong Kong, Hungary, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Portugal, Singapore, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, U.S.A. and the European Franchise Federation. The objectives of the World Franchise Council are to inform each other of developments and to represent international franchising towards international bodies.
WFC is tireless in its efforts to promote franchising – with its many benefits, particularly its multiplier effect in terms of enterprise and job creation – as a tool for positive economic growth. The meeting will set strategic directions to further strengthen the role of franchising in forging a robust global economy, as well as articulate policy guidelines that will foster the fair and ethical conduct of the franchising business, thus protecting the good name of franchising globally.
