SEAEXPO TURKEY 2012, Trade Fair For Aquaculture and Seafood Products, Fishery and Technologies, is organised by HKF Trade Fairs at the Istanbul Expo Center during the 14th untill the 17th of June 2012.

In the ten years' period between 1990 and 2000, farming-based production increased its share to a great extent against fishing-based production of sea food. While the share of the production through culture fishery was 1% in the total production of sea food in 1990, it reached 18% in 2007. However, 110 million tons of seafood are annually produced in the world, and out of this quantity, 25 million tons are obtained through farming. The number of those seafood with an economic value within our country's seafood does not exceed a hundred and approximately 80% of the fish production consists of migratory species. The Fair will open its doors to visitors from 10.00 until 19.00, 14th-17th June2012.
